Job Description
The Electrician will be responsible for performing a
wide range of electrical duties related to the installation, maintenance,
inspection, and repair of electrical systems and components across the
company’s facilities, buildings, and ongoing projects. The role requires
hands-on experience, a strong understanding of electrical systems, and the
ability to follow safety protocols and company standards.
The ideal candidate will have technical skills and practical
experience to ensure all electrical work is completed efficiently and to the
highest quality. The role will involve working both independently and as part
of a team under the supervision of project engineers or maintenance supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems,
and fixtures in buildings and other structures.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to
identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
Ensure that all electrical installations comply with safety
standards and regulations.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to
minimize downtime and operational interruptions.
Troubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate testing
devices and tools.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and
circuit diagrams.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other technical
staff to plan and complete projects efficiently.
Handle installation and maintenance of lighting systems,
circuit breakers, control panels, switches, and other electrical devices.
Monitor and maintain inventory of electrical materials,
tools, and equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency
calls.
Adhere strictly to all safety standards, wearing protective
gear and following company safety policies.
Maintain accurate records of electrical works performed,
materials used, and time spent on each task.
Support the company’s other departments (Construction, Real
Estate, and Transport) by providing timely electrical maintenance and support
as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the
following requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of
experience as an electrician, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical
engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field (Diploma holders may
also be considered).
Technical Knowledge:
Sound understanding of electrical systems, components, and
equipment.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults
efficiently.
Familiarity with safety codes, electrical standards, and
best practices.

Physical Fitness: Must be able to handle
physically demanding work, including standing for long periods, lifting tools,
and working in confined spaces when required.

to Detail: Must ensure accuracy and safety in all tasks performed.
- Problem-Solving
Ability: Capable of identifying problems and implementing effective
solutions independently.
- Communication
Skills: Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Arabic or Hindi/Urdu knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
- Residency: Candidates already residing in the UAE are strongly preferred due to immediate availability.
Working Conditions

The position is full-time, and working
hours will follow standard UAE labor regulations.
- Overtime
may occasionally be required depending on project schedules or urgent
maintenance work.
- The
company provides free accommodation and transportation to
and from the work site.
- Employment
visa will be arranged and provided by the company as per UAE labor law.
- The
role may involve work at different project locations depending on the
company’s operational requirements (construction sites, residential
buildings, commercial facilities, or company-owned transport facilities).
